Greenwood Athletic and Tennis Club, located in the heart of the Denver Tech Center, is a state of the art fitness facility offering over 125 classes per week, to help fit your fitness and health needs. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced exerciser you will fit in at Greenwood. Enhance your life with a consistent workout plan. Not only is group exercise motivating, but it provides an excellent opportunity to meet new people as you indulge in a fun and energizing workout.
Whether you want a quick cardio workout during your lunch break, an intense Spin class, or to relieve some stress Kickboxing, we have the class for you! Our wide variety of traditional and cutting edge classes include: - SPINNING® combines endurance rides, steep hills, flat roads, bumps, jumps, interval training, sprints, recovery, race day training and everything in between to work the body in a variety of different ways.
- We offer LES MILLS™ BodyPUMP™ and BodySTEP™ classes to deliver the results you want! With fresh moves to the latest music released quarterly, these classes will keep you coming back for more.
- ZUMBA®
- EnergyZone® and CycleZone® are award winning, metabolism elevating, interval format classes that are exclusive to Greenwood.
- Sculpt is a classic workout that tones and strengthens the entire body. Different types of equipment are used to target all the major muscle groups. Sculpt is fun and effective for all fitness levels.
- Yoga - including Thermal Yoga
- BOSU Balance Trainer Classes increase your stability, mobility and balance through sports training, abdominal and core work, strength training, flexibility training, balance training and cardio.
- Youth Group Fitness
- Level 1 classes that are safe for individuals with restrictive movement, beginners or seniors.
