We have a variety of different programs that can help you reach your goals:

One-on-One Personal Training - This allows you and your trainer to individualize your workout and spend a great deal of time focusing on form, technique, and the best way for you to see results.

Two-on-One Personal Training - You and a friend will get a great workout with one of our professional trainers. This is a perfect option for those who like to workout with a friend but need guidance and instruction to maintain consistency and remain efficient.

Whether you have a specific training goal or special consideration, small group training may benefit you. Enjoy the guided instruction of a Personal Trainer and the camaraderie of working in a small group (3-5 participants) while making progress toward achieving your goal. (Programs are conducted at different times of the year; see calendar of events below)


ONGOING AND SEASONAL PROGRAMS INCLUDE:

WEIGHT TRAINING 101
14 - 17 years - minimum of four to a program
This group training program will teach the proper foundations upon which to build a good weight training program using proper form on basic body weight exercises.This 3 week program to enhance your 14-17 year old youth’s fitness foundation.

SOCCER AND CONDITIONING
12 and up
Paul Chavez, personal trainer and sports conditioning specialist, will prepare you for soccer season with this camp focusing on skills, ball handling and touch drills. Participants will condition, perform skill work, then have scrimmage and game play time to practice new skills. Do not miss this chance to prepare for the season.

LAX Pre Season Camp
Get better LAX skills before the season begins! Join Coach Chris Spangler and GATC’s Conditioning Coaches
as they get your skills sharp and your feet fast before the season starts. Chris will be using
indoor balls and doing Lacrosse drills to make you a better player while GATC's Coaches will be getting your
conditioning back up to speed. 6 weeks
Runs in the Summer Fall and Winter

WOMEN ON WEIGHTS

Four week program - runs monthly
Women who participate in Women on Weights class will:
• Increase metabolic rate - burn more calories in less time!
• Increase bone density - help to reduce osteoporosis.
• Reduce risk of heart disease - strength training can reduce blood pressure and cholesterol levels.
• Improve strength - do more in less time!
• Enhance weight loss - continue to burn calories for 2 hours after your workout!
• LEARN TO CREATE YOUR OWN WEIGHT TRAINING PROGRAM

STRENGTHEN AND LENGTHEN
Half of the class you will lift weights • half of the class you will do Pilates on the machines. Expected results: improved total body strength, flexibility, and tone.
Offered monthly.

A.M. XTREME
Group Personal Training Class offered twice a week. In this class you will not only get a fantastic cardio burn, but a great strength workout all in one! Ruthie Massman will use weights, plyometrics and calisthenics to perform exercises
and count sets and reps for time. You can track your progress individually while working together in a group setting. Whether you are looking for a fantastic total body workout or want to jump start your training, this early class will leave you dripping and wanting more.

powerfit  powerfit
POWER FITNESS - a year-round, intense all-around conditioning class that uses weights, cardio movements and plyometrics to super charge your workout to the next level. The class is lead by two of our top trainers Joe "Sport" Talbert and Jennifer Schumm. Can you meet the challenge and last 60 minutes in Power Fitness?
$30 per class/Additional cost for non-members
