NEW YOGA EVENTS
For Members and Non-members

Deepen your yoga experience by exploring inversions, advanced postures, yoga principles, and breathing over the course of this three week series. Our talented instructors will give you tools that help you not only to be better in class, but that also help you to LIVE your yoga. RESTORATIVE YOGA
Hands on adjustments.
A slow-paced, beginner-friendly workshop will focus on gentle moves close to the
floor, and breath awareness to clear the mind and relax the body. Kate will give each
participant individual attention using massage techniques to encourage openness.
Our new instructor, Kate Lenig, has been teaching yoga since 2003. She holds a BS in
Kinesiology from the University of Texas and a massage therapy license. She has
worked in the health and fitness industry for 13 years.



YOGA FOUNDATIONS
for the beginner or veteran:
Explore the fundamentals of yoga, from the breakdown of postures, alignment and breath. Whether you are just starting your journey with yoga, or a veteran, this workshop will help you strengthen your practice by building a solid yoga foundation in a safe environment.

30 DAYS TO GRACE!
A Daily Practice to Achieve your Ultimate Goals
Includes a follow-up session.Are you ready to make a major change in the new year? Bring your
yoga mat and journal and learn a powerful daily 30 minute practice
firsthand. You will be guided through a series of empowering activities
including setting your intention, deep breathing, yoga poses,
meditation and journaling.
PROGRAM OFFERED AT DIFFERENT TIMES THROUGHOUT THE YEAR



PRE-NATAL YOGA
This class combines breathing exercises and poses to help ease the discomforts of
pregnancy and prepare the body for childbirth. No prior yoga experience necessary.
Our instructor, Kate Lenig, holds a BS in Kinesiology from the University of Texas. She
has been teaching yoga since her first pregnancy and specializes in pre-natal & postnatal
instruction.
